Cutler Consulting Services ’s objective is to provide an exceptional wage and hour consultation service to the business community, government sector, and the legal profession that can clearly and measurably result in a significant benefit to each client.

William “Bill” J. Cutler, Jr., SCP, received a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. He has twenty-four years of outstanding performance as a former Compliance Specialist for the U. S. Department of Labor’s Wage & Hour Division and an additional ten years of exemplary performance as a Compensation Analyst specialist within the human resource profession. 

Mr. Cutler conducted hundreds of compliance actions and numerous investigations while employed with the U.S. Department of Labor. He had many cases that were successfully litigated in which he regularly assisted Solicitor of Labor attorneys throughout the litigation process. He received numerous letters of commendations and awards for outstandingly excellent service throughout his career.

He is currently certified as a “Senior Certified Professional” (SCP). The SCP  certification is one of the highest professional certification awarded by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) which is an internationally recognized certification and professional leader in the field of human resource. He also continued to serve in the capacity of an FLSA Wage & Hour Consultant to his employers during his tenure in the private sector.
